Nadzmi selaku pangarah projek memulakan minit mesyuarat dengan bacaan al fatihah sekaligus menerangkan terlebih dahulu apa yang perlu dibincang.
2. Perkara yang berbangkit
- Semua ahli jawatankuasa dirombak semula.
Hal ini kerana, pertandingan boling telah dibatalkan. Jadi, semua perkara akan dirombak semula.
- Pemilihan ahli jawatankuasa yang baru.
Pemilihan ahli jawatankuasa telah dibuat oleh pengarah projek.
Perbincangan telah dibuat dan akan diteruskan didalam mesyuarat yang akan datang.
3.Tarikh bagi setiap aktiviti yang akan dijalankan
- Dr hasnul selaku penasihat telah menetapkan tarikh tersebut. Kita akan meneruskan aktiviti mengikut apa yang telah ditetapkan
4.Perbelanjaan
- Costing
Dr hasnul telah menetapkan bayaran. Bayaran yang akan dikeluarkan adalah RM100.00 setiap orang sebagai modal terlebih dahulu.
- Outfront modal
Outfront modal akan dibuat oleh bendahari dan bendahari akan membentangkan modal tersebut.
- Perbelanjaan yang melibatkan resit.
Setiap perbelanjaan hendaklah disediakan resit bagi memudahkan bendahari untuk mengesahkan resit dan memudahkan proses untuk mendapatkan wang kembali.
5. Mesyuarat ditangguhkan dan perkara berbangkit yang lain akan dibawa ke mesyuarat yang akan datang.
